It's an armor with a hood very reminiscent of the Assassin's Creed hoods.

| Hmm... not seeing the embedded images, though based on the imgur link, that appears to be the same model as the starting thief hood (available via one of the background choices) that I've got on Caelan. Admittedly, I haven't looked very closely since I've kept that model through my entire thiefy play, but I haven't noticed any drops/crafted head pieces with that same model. | |

| Just checking up further... the hood I'm thinking of, and the one I see in that link, is the Anonymity Hood from thief chargen. Judging from a few posts I've seen, it looks like that's the only way to get that particular hood, too. | |
